Series GARD - Automatic parking barriers
|
|
CAME parking barriers are furnished
in right-hand or left-hand versions. All the versions have self-locking gears that
lock the arm both in the open and closed positions. In case of power failure the
arm can be raised or lowered manually, without opening the cabinet, thanks to a
lock mechanism situated outside the cabinet.
The electronic control panel, with its adjustment system, allows the adjustment
of the speed, the adjustment of the approach speed and the detection of an obstacle
thanks to the inherent obstacle detection device system, that provides for the
immediate reversal or stop of the movement. Barriers in the GARD series give
possibility of installing keypads or key switches, photocells and safety flashers
directly on the cabinet of the barrier. They accept inputs from any access control
system, such as radio transmitter or photocells. |

G 2500 |
Characteristic:
The automatic fast barrier in the GARD series for passages up to 2.5m [8ft].
The most simple automation solution to adopt. The ideal selection for small
passages for private and small condominium use. G 2500 can be fitted with
low ceiling folding arm articulation for applications inside buildings and
when ceilings are present.

G 4000 |
Characteristic:
The automatic fast barrier for passages up to 4m [12ft], designed for passages of intensive use.
It is furnished with power supply at 24V - the low voltage technology allows to obtain maximum
efficiency with control features and complete safety. The G 4000 is designed to house the optional
emergency batteries.

G 6000 |
Characteristic:
The G 6000 series is suitable to cover passages up to a maximum of 6.5m [21ft],
a selection typical of industrial and gated communities. It is designed for
passages of intensive use. Same as with the other versions in the GARD series,
the G 6000 features the advantages of the CAME automatics systems with a low
voltage motor, combining high reliability with extereme safety. It can house
the optional emergency batteries.

G 8000 |
Characteristic:
G 8000 are self-locking barriers for passages up to 7,5 m,
100% efficiency. Equipped with self-locking electromechanial
operators with security level IP 54 / NEMA 3. In case of
power failure the arm can be manually disengage, using the key.
An original look and interesting colors are especially attractive
qualities of these series of barriers.
Barriers come in two versions – 230V and 24V, meant for normal
and intensive work. The minimal time needed for the barrier
to open varies: 4,8s in 230V version and 8s for 24V.

G 12000 |
Characteristic:
G 12000 is the special barrier for passages up to 12 metres wide [39ft].
Given the type of applications, the G 12000 automation system has a
command logic of the newest generation that provides all the safety
functions such as electronic obstacle detection (immediate stop of
the movement in this case). It is designed for passages of intensive use.

Series CAT - Automatic chain barriers
|
|
The CAME project, unique and patented,
that has great use in the delimitation of private and public parking, with one or
more car parking spaces. The chain barrier is also the ideal solution for delimitation
of areas or parking lots where you want to prevent use by unauthorised personnel or
at prohibited times, such as shopping centres, offices, banks.

CAT - X |
Characteristic:
The chain barrier up to 16m long. During closure the chain remains
completely firm. In the event of black out and for all emergency
situations the appropriate safety padlock with personalised key
allows the immediate release of the chain. CAT is a complete
automation - all the fittings for operation even when power is
unavailable are found inside the structure.

CAT -
X24 |
Characteristic:
CAT chain barrier - version with low voltage motor 24V. It is
designed for intensive use, gives possibility of adjusting
the operating speed, depending on the particular needs. CAT X24
can function with emergency batteries or powered from a UPS,
to guarantee its operation even when power is unavailable.
The low voltage motor provides complete safety and an amperometric
device electonically detects an obstacle and blocks the movement
of the chain.

Series UNIPARK - Automatic protection of individual parking slots
|
|
UNIPARK is an automatic
barrier that enables reservation of a single parking space. It is an
ideal solution for condominiums, working environments, public facilities
and all other locations where it is intended to guard the parking space
for the owners or authorised personnel. The radio transmitter is the
most convenient method for the user, but the command logic accepts
input of external devices and a complete range of CAME accessories,
such as key or custom code selectors, proximity cards and much more.

UNIPARK |
Characteristic:
UNIPARK is a totally safe and reliable automation system. The low voltage
motor 24V and the simplicity of the system ensure maximum safety for the
operator and for the end user and the guarantee of operation even without
electric power supply (the unit can be powered and operated with emergency
bateries or by connecting it to a UPS). The intelligent electronics built
into control panel enables the immediate stop of the operator upon sensing
an obstacle. UNIPARK is a self locking automation that can however be
manually released by means of a special key.

Spike barriers
|
|
Spike barriers coupled with the barrier (painted or galvanized),
one-way (painted or galvanized) and automatic (galvanized) are
available. Every type contains variants for cars and trucks of
acceptable pressure till 8 tones per axle.
Technical characteristics
(wg CAME)
:
Spike barrier is a welded and galvanized structure, build from
profiles and 6 mm steel sheet metal. Inside it there is a cylinder
of a 28 mm diameter, with spikes every 100 mm that are 80 mm long
with a 14 mm cross-section. The correct movement of the spikes is
ensured by the ball bearings. The external covering of the spike
barrier is on hinges and is made from corrugated sheet metal, that
minimalizes the possibility of going into a skid. Because of the
amount of presure on the barrier, it should be fastened to a hard
and durable base. Therefore, it is advised to make a foundation
screeder from a minimum class B25 concrete, 550mm of width and
1100mm – 1200mm of depth, minimum 200 mm beyond the area of
frozen soil.
